The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is a new role at Calven with responsibility for driving product adoption across our customer base. You"ll work with cross-functional teams across the entire customer life cycle to support sales efforts, lead implementations, gather feedback from users, and drive contract renewals. The CSM will play an influential role in defining the Customer Success playbook at Calven, and become established as the product champion for customers.
